We have taken great strides to maintain the historic charm of the home while providing you with the finest in accommodations.  Each of our guestrooms have been elegantly restored and decorated  You can choose from the following rooms:

Elizabeth's Room

County elegance describes this restful yellow guestroom.  The stately four-poster queen bed will add new meaning to "climbing into bed at night."  This room also contains the stairway to the attic, but not to worry, there have been no reports of anything "going bump in the night."  The private bath to this room has a large shower, a vanity, and pedestal sink.

Samantha's Room

From the massive farmhouse queen bed to the timeless toile accents, cottage charm describes this comfortable blue room, which will have you feeling anything but "blue."  Floral draped windows afford wonderful views of the farm and surrounding countryside.  The spacious private bath has a large shower and two pedestal sinks.

Located between these rooms is a butler's pantry with a refrigerator, coffee pot, tea kettle, and telephone.  Soft drinks and bottled water are complimentary.  All rooms have TV/VCR and there is a video library.

The Cottage

"Step into your own little world away from it all". You may never want to leave the Cottage at Colvin Farm.  Highlighted by a wood-burning fireplace, it is furnished with comfortable chairs, a decoratively painted queen bed and dresser and a TV/VCR.  this little home has a bath and shower and pedestal sink as well as an efficiency kitchen that includes a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils.  Guests staying in the cottage have the option of having a breakfast basket delivered to their door..
