Colvin Farm is a Backyard Habitat Property

Not only will you enjoy the peaceful and pleasant surroundings at Colvin Farm, you'll also enjoy the fact that our room and cottage rates are affordable. We make every effort to keep our costs down and create an atmosphere that you will enjoy. Our accommodations will keep you relaxed and our home-cooked meals served in the ambience you seek will have you coming back.. So sit back, relax, and let us pamper you during your stay with us.

Farmhouse Room Rates: $100.00
Cottage Rates: $125.00

All our rates are based on double occupancy

Reservations: Confirmed with 50% deposit or credit card number
Prices include all taxes and gratuities
Check-in 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (special arrangements after 6:00)
Check-out 11:00 a.m.
No Smoking permitted except outside
Sorry, no pets ( We will gladly share one of ours)
Children above the age of twelve are most welcome
Gift Certificates Available
Full Breakfast served daily
Dinner is available on request with set pricing
Complimentary beverages and cookies
Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded if you cancel five or more days prior to your arrival.
